Larry Fenelon is a specialist in resolving commercial disputes in both a domestic and international context.
Larry is a strong advocate of alternative means of dispute resolution before embarking on litigation or arbitration. These are non adversarial methods – such as conciliation and mediation, ensuring that time and costs are minimised while business relationships are preserved.
His primary area of practice involves commercial litigation and arbitrations, including construction disputes.
Larry sits on the committee of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and also on the Law Society’s Arbitration and Mediation committees. Larry is an accredited commercial Mediator and he also holds two post graduate diplomas in both domestic and international arbitration.
He has developed a unique expertise in sports law and sports arbitration, acting regularly for the GAA.

A graduate of University College Dublin, John spent two years working as a commercial lender in AIB Corporate and Commercial Banking before training, qualifying and practising with William Fry Solicitors (one of Ireland's largest commercial law firms).
John advises a broad spectrum of companies and individuals in relation to all aspects of commercial transactions. He has also developed a significant practice in employment law, advising employers and employees.
He is an elected member of the Council of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association and a member of the Commercial Law Committee of the Association also. He also holds a Diploma in Employment Law (Distinction) from University College Dublin.

Deborah is a graduate of NUI Galway where she obtained her Bachelor of Corporate Law Degree in 2001. She then progressed to obtain her Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) in 2002.
Prior to joining Leman Solicitors, she worked for a well established Dublin law firm for four years where she gained extensive general practice experience.
Deborah advises our Private Clients on a broad spectrum of issues to including Residential Property Transactions, Wills and Probate as well as Family Law matters. She is a strong advocate of Collaborative Family Law, which helps couples to resolve disputes without the need for lengthy court proceedings.

Simon leads Leman’s Corporate & Commercial Unit. His areas of practice include mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, start-up enterprises, inward investment and general corporate advice.
Simon recently joined the Firm from A&L Goodbody where he worked for five years advising domestic and international clients on a full range of corporate and commercial issues.

Rebecca works closely with Larry Fenelon in Litigation and Dispute Resolution.
Rebecca joined Leman solicitors in 2007 and holds a Diploma in Legal Studies from the Dublin Institute of Technology and is due to complete her degree shortly.
She has extensive experience in Debt Recovery and Personal Injury actions in the District and Circuit Courts.
